I was born in Salem and raised in the beautiful Santiam Canyon. After studying in Phoenix, Arizona, I came back to the northwest and began my first career with State government. Although I was happy working for the State, I always felt my true calling was real estate. After buying and selling several homes in Salem/Keizer, I made the important decision to start a career as a real estate agent.
Since then, I have helped an array of clients; from first-time homebuyers to experienced investors. In 2010 I gained my Principal Broker designation, and was also the top-producing agent at HomeStar Brokers for that year. I represent both buyers and sellers, and have had success with bank-owned properties as well as short-sales. In 2010 I also began selling commercial property in addition to residential and land sales.
I listen to my clients’ situations so I can help them make the right decision when deciding to sell their property. I include my sellers in my marketing plan, as it’s definitely a joint effort when it comes to selling a home in today’s real estate market.
For buyers, I can help them find the right lender who can actually get them approved and closed on their new home. It’s important that we have excellent communication so I understand their wants and needs, and don’t waste their time with homes that won’t work for them. My clients know I am not pushy, and won’t steer them into a house that isn’t what they are looking for. The decision to purchase is completely up to my buyers – I’m here to show them houses, and think about resale when it’s time to upgrade or downsize.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my husband and four sons. We enjoy traveling around Oregon and exploring all it has to offer. I am involved with Cub Scouts as a den leader, assist with Pop Warner football, Sprague Little League and volunteer at The Heritage School where our twins attend.
If you, your friends or family need advice on either purchasing or selling real estate, either residential or commercial, give me a call and I would be happy to talk with you.
